What is ContributionUK?
is an innovative charitable organisation that provides free access to an evolving bespoke online library, which documents the different types of jobs people do that contribute to society.

By showing children positive images of other racial and social groups we combat negative perceptions of people within the UK, by documenting their positive contribution, thus furthering equality, providing for good mental health, and supporting like-minded organisations.
Our driver
ultimate mission is to nurture good mental health. To build confidence and self-worth in children and adults while continuing to work towards a society where the reiteration or rebranding of the terms racial or social bias is no longer needed.
Our aim is to:
- nurture happiness.
- improve self-worth and respect for others.
- increase the desire to contribute and improve employability.
- demonstrate positive benefits of a well-ordered symbiotic society.
Our objective is to:
- eliminate negative interactions and the sadness children experience, during childhood and throughout adult life, due to racial or social bias and nurture good mental health. Assist teachers by providing information and setting lesson tools to engage students.
- generally, alter perceptions, both external and internal to the demographic, by encouraging an appreciation of oneself and others, by demonstrating the contribution of real people through their career choices.
- simplify access to information through examples, and easy-to-follow pathways to achieving set career goals. In so doing, increase the sense of belonging, and desire for personal, and continued future success of the UK.
- show how positive school, peer, and social experiences and inclusion, lead to self-worth and a desire to achieve and contribute, which lead to reduced numbers of adolescents that end up homeless or in the criminal system, whilst simultaneously improving the number of those in employment with clear career goals.
How did come about?
Born from a desire to record and celebrate the immensely positive contribution of the Windrush Generation to the social, economic stability, and growth of the UK.
But the question remained – how to present this to a younger generation of all ethnicities and set an example of good citizenship?
The key came through the development of RAMPapp.
How do we achieve our aims and objectives?

utilizes a new and unique methodology of mixed media with the program Our archive of real people contributing to our society through the job choices they have made, thereby:
- provide representative examples
- assists educators achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks
- assists schools with EIF 2019 (which enables Ofsted to fulfill the requirements of the Equality Act 2010, including the public sector equality duty (PSED) set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010)
- assists higher education institutions achieve TEF
